the problem

Ideas, plans, notes and decisions lived in a dozen places. Routine work like daily briefs, research and publishing prep ate the few free hours there were.

The goal: one place that knows the context, does the repeatable work on its own, and never sends, posts or deletes anything without a yes.

what we built
A memoryA plain-text knowledge base with an index, so every answer starts from what's already known.
Skills20+ reusable skills: capture, research, briefs, video production steps, idea interviews.
Agents on a scheduleJobs that run on their own and leave their results for review in the morning.
A control dashboardOne screen to see what ran, what's waiting and what needs a yes.
how it flows
  1. 1Ask or scheduleA message, or a timer.
  2. 2Read the mapIt checks the index before anything else.
  3. 3Do the workThe right skill or agent runs it.
  4. 4File + askResults are saved; anything outward waits for a yes.
what changed
  • One place for notes, plans and decisions, kept current without extra effort.
  • Routine work runs on its own; mornings start with a brief, not a to-do list.
  • Nothing is sent, posted or deleted without an explicit yes.
